My unbelievably smart and handsome son, Henry, (yes he may have tweaked this part a little) and I have been in the experience, service, branding and marketing – in fact to make it even simpler to understand, we have been in the “people business” for years.

If you’re new to our world, let me quickly introduce myself…
Firstly, I’m Steve Sims and I’m a life-long motorcyclist that enjoys traveling the world with my family and having a good Old-Fashioned at the bar.
I am also known as “The Real Life Wizard of Oz” as referred to by Forbes Magazine. My journey starts with me working as a bricklayer in London, to working the front door of nightclubs as a bouncer in Hong Kong, all the way to founding and operating the number 1 luxury concierge in the world where I orchestrated the dreams of millionaires and billionaires.
Some of these experiences included:
- Heading down in a submarine to explore the Titanic,
- Singing on stage with your favorite rock band “Journey”,
- and having a private dinner in Florence at the feet of Michelangelo’s “David” while Andrea Bocelli performed for you and your family.
Most recently, I am well known for my achievements as an international keynote speaker, author for my best-selling books “Bluefishing” and “Go For Stupid”, and business coach around branding, marketing, and communication.
Last but not least, let me introduce you to Henry Sims…
Henry is not only my son and best kept secret, he is a far superior motorcycle racer (yep he tweaked this part too), adrenaline junkie, and specialty coffee snob.
Henry was pursuing a career in mechanical engineering when after a few years he realized that the traditional path we are told to conform to didn’t make sense to him. Eventually curiosity for more led him to drop out of college and explore what else life had to offer.
Fast forward, he is the one that has helped me look good over the years and is also who I decided to partner with to Co-Found our branding and marketing agency. He is the analytical brains behind my work and the offers, branding, and marketing of our agency clients and 1-on-1 consulting clients.
